What to know !Located only 50 meters from the beach between La Libertad and Playa El Tunco in Playa El Cocal area, the facilities are rustic and camping enviroment but quite comfortable and fully equipped for couples or small groups, it has three levels, on the first level a livingroom, dining room, kitchen, small pool and large garden, on the second level a terrace with living room and hammock, a room with a double bed and a single bed, bathroom and with fan or optional air conditioning, and on the third level a dorm area with two single beds.
As for surfing, the house is in front of a beachbreak, totally uncrowed surf, suitable for experienced surfers or bodyboarders, also walking on the beach you can access Cocal Pointbreak, during the summer ( November to February) it is also suitable for surf lessons. For surfers the house offers guide service at the lowest price, for an additional fee you can have a vehicle and driver available for 4 hours to move to any of the surf areas around or visiting restaurants or bars.
