This is one of our newest options for first-class accommodations, a mansion-style house located on the oceanfront, between the popular surf spots of Punta Roca and Playa El Cocal.

The house has eight rooms, all stylishly decorated for discerning visitors. The property features two pools, several living areas, and a very private and tranquil setting. All rooms have private bathrooms, air conditioning, television, internet access, and a terrace. Four of the rooms have terraces with ocean views.

In addition, the same location, but in a separate area from the hotel to maintain guest privacy, also has a bar and restaurant open to the public with a great atmosphere on weekends. The place is known as Casa Baru, a place with a party atmosphere where you can watch the sunset with great music.

This place is highly recommended for couples or families looking for tranquility and a bit of privacy. For those looking to surf, right in front of the house is a beach rarely visited by surfers. The wave quality may not be the best, but it's entirely for guests' enjoyment. You can also walk to Punta El Cocal, or drive just a few minutes to all the beaches in La Libertad. Location Playa el cocal

Playa El Cocal is located in the La Libertad area, separated from the popular Punta Roca by a long black sand beach called Conchalio during the summer and Playa Peña Blanca. During the winter, it tends to be rocky, especially during high tides. Punta El Cocal is a right-hand wave with two or three sections. It's not as consistent as other waves, but under the right conditions, the wave quality can reach world-class levels.

How to get there:.

To get to the area there are several options, public bus routes such as 102A take you directly from San Salvador, there are also shuttles that take you from Antigua Guatemala, from the airport it is recommended to hire private transportation, although bus access connects three different buses it can be possible.
